任職資格：
1.重點大學(xué)城市規(guī)劃、城市設(shè)計相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2.從事城市規(guī)劃工作十年以上經(jīng)驗，其中擔(dān)任管理職務(wù)二年以上；
3.具有較強(qiáng)的城市設(shè)計技術(shù)能力；
4.具有較強(qiáng)的獨立組織和管理團(tuán)隊能力；
5.具有優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
6.有境外學(xué)習(xí)、工作，或外資公司工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮。
Requirements
Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines or above;
With at least 10 year’s experience in relevant fields, preferably 2 years team management experience;
Ability to organize and lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality;
Good understanding and familiar with national design code and standard
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
Outstanding people management skills , strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Working/studying overseas or sizable international design firm experience preferred;
