職位要求：
1）城市規(guī)劃、景觀、城市設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識扎實(shí)，為人謙虛好學(xué)；
2）較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思及表現(xiàn)能力，熟練掌握CAD、PS、AI、SU、GISIndesign等電腦制圖軟件或有較強(qiáng)的手繪能力；熟悉城市規(guī)劃相關(guān)的政策、規(guī)范及方法；3）具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感，較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力，能承受較大工作壓力；4）擁有城市設(shè)計(jì)、總體規(guī)劃、控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃和概念性規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
Job requirements:1) urban planning, landscape, urban design and other related professional bachelor degree or above, professional basic knowledge is solid, to be humble and good learning;2) strong planning and presentation skills, proficiency in CAD, PS, AI, SU, GIS ，Indesign and other computer graphics software or freehand skills; familiar with relevant policies, norms and methods of city planning;3) with team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and learning ability of coordination, can work under pressure;4. Experience in urban design, master planning, regulatory planning and conceptual planning is a plus;
