General requirements
任職資格：
1、有5年或5年以上城市規劃設計工作經驗；
2、對空間規劃和設計、建筑結構、項目實施過程以及材料有足夠的了解；
3、具備相關建筑或規劃設計職業認證或其他能力職業認證。
Applicants must possess at least 5 years specialized knowledge in the spatial principles/practices of urban place-making, including knowledge of site and architectural construction methods, procedures and materials. Applicants should have an accredited degree in architecture, landscape architecture,planning or an allied profession, and ability to attain professional certification/licensure.Essential criteria
工作能力要求：
1、良好的文字、語言和圖形表達能力；2、對國家關于城市規劃設計的標準有充分了解；
3、能熟練運用設計類軟件,包括CAD、PS.、SU；4、對不同尺度的城市空間都能夠進行良好的方案設計和推進能力；
5、有一定的相關管理和獨立完成項目的能力。
-Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills
-Design, promote and administer government plans and policies affecting land use, zoning, public utilities, community facilities, housing, and transportation.
-Experience with complex projects that integrate economic planning, ecology and cultural strategies requiring creative modern solutions.
-Create, prepare, or requisition graphic and narrative reports on land use data, including land area maps overlaid with geographic variables such as population density.
-Expertise with Autocad, adobe suite, desktop publishing of reports and sketchup-Able to implement both small scale detail strategies and larger regional planning strategies.
-Able to demonstrate successful project management and business development capabilities and should have a strong ability to self motivate and multi-task.
