崗位職責(zé)JD：
1.全面負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目開始階段到收尾階段等的所有工作；全面控制項(xiàng)目的安全，質(zhì)量，進(jìn)度及預(yù)算，保證客戶滿意度；Take the full responsibilities for the whole stages of project from project start-up to close-down i.e. control the project on all aspects with no accident，high quality，on schedule and under the cost budget and to secure the satisfaction from the client.2.作為項(xiàng)目的重要參與人，需有效溝通項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)外，帶領(lǐng)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)完成項(xiàng)目工作；As the key person in the project, is the communication center of the project team and the external parties, need to lead the project team to complete project. 3.項(xiàng)目開始階段，制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃并通過項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)的審核；監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)嚴(yán)格按照計(jì)劃執(zhí)行工作；Work out the PQP and get PD’s approval at project start-up stage, monitor the project team to execute the approved plan strictly.4.溝通項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)外，管理并督促項(xiàng)目工程師根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)及合約文件完成項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)，滿足客戶要求；Interface all parties, supervise and urge the engineers to achieve the project goals in accordance with the design and contract documents to meet the client’s expectation.5.協(xié)調(diào)解決項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中遇到的難點(diǎn)與矛盾；Coordinate the difficulties and contradictions during project implementation6.通過各種方法加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的忠誠(chéng)度、滿意度及企業(yè)自豪感；Strengthen the project team loyalty, satisfaction and company pride by all means7.編寫直接反應(yīng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展的周報(bào)及月報(bào)等；Prepare weekly and monthly reports that reflect the project progress.8.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)及安排相關(guān)特別會(huì)議；Chair the relative coordination and special meetings for the during project implementation9.審核簽署相關(guān)項(xiàng)目外發(fā)文件；Review and sign the sendng out documents of the project.10.項(xiàng)目竣工后一個(gè)月，與運(yùn)營(yíng)部其它職員分享項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并完成竣工報(bào)告，歸檔竣工文件移交運(yùn)營(yíng)助；Share the experience with operation staffs within one month after the project completed and submit the completed report and project document to OA for record.11.在缺陷整改期內(nèi)，定期回訪客戶，協(xié)調(diào)整改缺陷事宜；Visit regularly, coordinates and deals with the defect& rectification works during defect liability period.12.完成上級(jí)分派的其它工作、任務(wù)。Carry out other duties/works instructed or assigned by PD/OD
任職資格Requirement：1.工民建或機(jī)電相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷；Civil / M&E Engineering bachelor degree or above;2.10年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3年以上外資工程管理公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉國(guó)際工程管理模式為優(yōu)； At least 10 years experiences as Project Manager. 3 years working experience in foreign owned engineering/ project management company is preferred;3.具有國(guó)家一級(jí)建造師資格為優(yōu)； National Grade 1 Constructor is preferred;4.具有極強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、溝通及組織協(xié)調(diào)能力； Good team work leadership, strong communication and coordination skills;5.較強(qiáng)的自我激勵(lì)、自我創(chuàng)新和注重結(jié)果；Strong level of self-motivation, initiative and result oriented;6.有決斷力，勇于承擔(dān)責(zé)任；Decisive & willing to take responsibilities;7.較強(qiáng)的商務(wù)談判經(jīng)驗(yàn)； Strong experience in business negotiation;8.能熟練使用Auto CAD、Project、Office等軟件； Familiar at Auto CAD、Project 、MS office;9.熟練的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力； Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills10.誠(chéng)實(shí)，具有高度的責(zé)任心，工作有條理，保密意識(shí)強(qiáng)；Honest, high sense of responsibility, well organized with teamwork spirit and sense of confidentiality;11.愿意接受到其它城市工作（不僅限于江、浙、滬）。Be Willing to be dispatched to work in other cities(not only Shanghai,Jiang Su,Zhe Jiang)
