What we are looking for in China is an English speaking person, an
all-rounder , hands on professional with previous faade technical experience
who can co-ordinate the design and production process. Review of
projects specifics and work out production planning, including packing- Estimator / QS / Cost planner for faade projects, specialising in take offs and measures of scope of work / cost planning
- Prepare BoM
for specific items
-Check
production releases, BoQ, glass orders, aluminium orders
- -Arrange for
VMU / PMU and testing, supervise installations and procedure
-Collect QA
information
- Obtain
relevant certifications of compliances, warranties from
-Carry out QA inspections
-Assist Design
Director as necessary to plan fabrication drawings in relation to production
schedules etc.
-Trouble
shooting (sorting out issues, NCRs, missing items)
- Assist in
tendering ie. Carry out tender take off and assist in preparation of DIP
drawings (where applicable)
