崗位職責(zé)：
1、構(gòu)建并管理公司檔案資料與數(shù)據(jù)庫，包括國內(nèi)外媒體及出版刊物、競賽獲獎(jiǎng)記錄等
2、聯(lián)絡(luò)與接待媒體，安排采訪，維護(hù)媒體檔案、資源與數(shù)據(jù)庫
3、管理公司官方網(wǎng)站，及時(shí)更新網(wǎng)站新聞，提高公司在市場及行業(yè)內(nèi)的社交媒體曝光率
4、協(xié)調(diào)演講、展覽、活動(dòng)的行程安排，并保持與主流媒體的合作與推廣
任職資格：
1、廣告、市場營銷或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷，二年以上藝術(shù)推廣或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有外資工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
2、優(yōu)秀的書面及溝通、表達(dá)能力，出色的文本校對(duì)和編輯能力
3、對(duì)建筑、設(shè)計(jì)與藝術(shù)有濃厚興趣，并且具有良好的職業(yè)操守和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
4、良好的中英文表達(dá)及書寫能力
5、熟練操作Microsoft Office等相關(guān)軟件

Job Description
1、Create and optimize internal media and press database, including online resources, domestic and overseas magazines, award records, etc.
2、Arrange interviews, and keep good relationship with the press
3、Manage official website, update latest corporate news, and increase market exposure rate
4、Coordinate schedule of speeches and exhibitions, and maintain cooperation with mainstream media
The Successful Applicant
1、Bachelor or above degree in Marketing, Advertising, Interior Design or related majors
2、Minimum 2 years experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Art Management or other related field, multinational company experience is preferred
3、High capabilities in speaking and writing, addicted to Design and Art, with strong interpersonal skills and team-work spirit
4、Fluent in both Chinese and English, familiar with MS Program
