崗位職責(zé)：
1、熟悉項目背景及工作流程，組織及協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)資源，以合同委托的服務(wù)內(nèi)容為依據(jù)，完成項目所要求的相關(guān)工作
2、負責(zé)項目進度和成本控制、資源協(xié)調(diào)及風(fēng)險預(yù)測，積極有效的處理項目內(nèi)外矛盾
3、完成項目會議紀(jì)要、文件輸出控制及備份管理，項目總結(jié)并與團隊共同分享和學(xué)習(xí)
4、施工現(xiàn)場的監(jiān)督及工程驗收，協(xié)助控制設(shè)計質(zhì)量
任職資格：
1、建筑學(xué)或室內(nèi)設(shè)計專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷，三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，具有外企同類職位工作者優(yōu)先
2、掌握國家、地方和行業(yè)關(guān)于建筑施工管理方面的法律法規(guī)，熟悉建筑施工管理流程和要求
3、具有較強的組織溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，具備較強的判斷能力和決策能力
4、良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)和團隊合作精神
5、熟練操作CAD、Microsoft Office 等相關(guān)軟件
Project Manager
Job Description
1、Be fully responsible for the development of the project including project planning, project design, government permitting, construction, overall project schedule and cost control
2、Coordination and communication with internal and external parties to ensure the project is delivered according to asset management’s requirements and needs
3、Establish meeting summary, management of internal profiles, and share information with team members
4、Conduct on-site supervision and project approval, control the design of project and final results
The Successful Applicant
1、Bachelor or above degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related majors, minimum 3 years experience within design industry, multinational company experience is preferred
2、Good communication skill and organization ability, strong business development ability and well networked, familiar with local and national construction management and regulations
3、Excellent interpersonal skills and good at decision making, familiar with CAD, MS Program, etc
