崗位職責：1.Assisting at investment planning for plant expansion 協(xié)助工廠擴張投資規(guī)劃 2.Launch new manufacturing processes und –technologies 發(fā)起新的制造工藝和技術 3.Assisting in planning and launching new products 協(xié)助計劃并推出新產品 4.Implementation of complex manufacturing concepts 復雜生產制造概念的實施 5.Project work like relocation of existing products or start production for new products 如現有產品的重新定位或者開始新產品的生產 6.Drive implementation and adoption of Lean Management (5S, Kanban, Visual Management) and Continuous Improvement within the operations domain 推動精益管理的實施和接受（5S,看板管理，可視化管理）和運營領域的持續(xù)改善 7.Define and optimization of production methods 規(guī)范和優(yōu)化生產方法
Planning work flows, work processes and equipment: 1.Establishing work processes, work flows and equipment by considering manufacturing methods and time data with the aim to have short through put times, low inventory stock and high order flexibility according to Company Productions System (RPS). 基于精益生產系統(tǒng)，考慮制造方法和時間期限的情況下致力于更少的物料量更低的庫存和更高的訂單靈活性的目標，建立工作流程，生產流程和設備信息。 2.In charge of creating, caring and updating technical documentation (i.e. specification sheets) 負責建立維護更新技術文件（如：說明書） 3.Description of work processes, work flows and equipment 工作流程，生產流程和設備信息的描述說明 4.Updating workstation data, bill of material, master data, info record and material record in SAP 更新SAP中工作站數據，物料清單，主數據，信息和資料記錄 5.Conducting P-FMEA to evaluate process safety. 執(zhí)行P-FMEA來評估工藝安全性

Managing (technical) sourcing of fixtures, equipment and auxiliary production material with suppliers 和供應商一起管理卡具，設備和輔助生產物料的技術資源
任職要求：1.Bachelor degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering. 本科學歷，工業(yè)或機械工程專業(yè) 2.More than 3 years Experience in Industrial Engineering, solid exposure to project management. 3年以上工業(yè)工程相關經驗，豐富的項目管理經驗 3.Knowledge in metal stamping and forming technologie (coil) 掌握金屬沖壓和成型技術（coil）的相關知識 4.Knowledge in Assembly Planning and Support Specifications. 裝配計劃和說明書的相關知識 5.Strong exposure to Manual / Lean Assembly and mechanical processing. 擅長手冊/精益裝配和機械加工 6.Lean Knowledge: 5S, Kanban, Visualization. 有5S、看板、可視化等精益知識 7.Ability to influence others without formal disciplinary authority. 在沒有懲誡權的情況下具有影響他人的能力 8.Good written and verbal communication skills. 良好的書面及口頭交流能力 9.Native Chinese Speaker. 中文為母語 10.Fluent English or German ability, both spoken and written. 精通英語或德語（口頭和書面） 11.Transparent working style 信息透明的工作風格 12.Eye for detail and sense of optimization 關注細節(jié)和優(yōu)化的意識 13.Willingness to live and work in the greater Beijing area
