Archibat HR Asia is currently looking for a Principal Architect (Residential Projects) for a Reputed Architectural Design Company, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Requirements:- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture from top universities in China or overseas.- At least 10 yrs of experience, including China exp.- Strong Design Skills in Residential projects.- Capable to lead teams, strong design and and project management skills.- Communication and Presentation Skills.- Familiar with Residential Chinese Market.
